CO-CURRICULAR PROGRAMME
Campion College’s co-curricular programme is integral to its mission of forming men and women of character, compassion and commitment to justice. Students are expected to complete 70 hours of co-curricular activity each academic year. The Programme is extensive and comprises the following:
The Sports Programme: Campion College participates in national inter-school competitions at all age levels in: badminton, basketball, cricket, lawn and table tennis, netball, rugby, soccer, swimming, synchronized swimming, and water polo. A number of our athletes also represent Jamaica at the international level including the CARIFTA swimming championships. Campion offers 15 different sports and participates in all urban and national competitions. Students may choose from:

Clubs and Societies: There are over 40 active clubs and societies catering to diverse talents and interests. Among these are the Chess Club, the Filmmakers Club, the Dance Society, CHORDS (our choir), YES (the Young Entrepreneurial Society), the Green Generation (an environmental club) and the Poetry Club.
Community Service Groups: Each club or society is required to carry out at least one community service project each term, but there are also specific groups for whom service is their raison d’être: The Interact Club is a branch of Rotary International; The Ministry Outreach Group visits the elderly indigent each week; The Champion Home Work Centre provides tutoring services to primary school students from low-income families in a neighbouring community; Teens for Change is a group of male students who mentor boys in a residential care facility; and The St. Anne’s Programme is another tutoring service for children from an inner-city community.
